The high expectations and demands of our customers regarding the quality of ixetic products require an intensive involvement of our suppliers. This quality assurance agreement (QSA) states the technical and organisational framework conditions between customer and supplier, which are necessary for achieving the desired quality goals.

We expect from our suppliers especially to create all conditions necessary for the strict observance of the QSA. This is further to be ensured by the supplier also with regard to the supplier’s product and guarantee liability.
