Pressure source for automatic transmission and active chassis control. Since the sixties we have been working in close co-operation with the major German manufacturers and have always been accustomed to the most exacting levels of quality being demanded from our products. ixetic develops new solutions and ensures their smooth entry into service. One of our intrinsic strengths is to successfully take a development, meeting the stipulated requirements, into serial production. Our aim is to always achieve zero-defect delivery and to guarantee a service life compatible with vehicle lifespan, irrespective of the product in question. Drivers of vehicles featuring ixetic components benefit, in relation to the respective functions, from a high degree of reliability, safety and comfort, as well as from an effective contribution to fuel saving. Quality ixetic has implemented a comprehensive quality management approach, encompassing all procedures, which is an inherent part of the operating process (FMEA, DOE, serial processes, APQP etc.) for each employee. Best in class principles apply throughout production, whereby high-precision equipment plays a decisive role in machining accurately down to a micron. We achieve the set quality goals supported by complex, scientifically proven test processes using high-precision functional as well as endurance test-rigs in addition to an acoustic laboratory. Thanks to an integrated change management process we can, nevertheless, offer our customers a great deal of flexibility.
